Cactuar
It hops, jumps, runs, and shoots you with 1000 needles - it’s a Cactuar! First appearing in Final Fantasy IV, Cactuars have been a recurring fan favourite ever since.
They are often found in deserts and badlands, where they often catch the group by surprise. Their signature ability ‘1000 Needles’ does exactly what you think it does and pelts a party member with 1000 sharp and pointy needles, often doing 1000 points of unblockable damage. This can make them fairly deadly in the early game as health totals often start well below 1000.
This model has 193 pieces and is not intended for beginners. The flanged cactus design can be a bit tricky to assemble, but it also makes it a fairly sturdy model. Some of the parts are somewhat symmetrical, which can make it a bit harder to determine where they go. However, I do point out the correct orientation in the video below. So when in doubt, consult the video!

Tips:
Make sure you take plenty of breaks to rest your eyes and back!
Slow and steady works best; the flanged design can cause you to pull pieces out of alignment easily if you rush to glue new tabs before others are dry.
Tweezers are very helpful and I will always recommend them.
